While seeking re-election, a crime-ridden city’s Mayor is assassinated. Two reluctant FBI Agents, John Archer (Sean Patrick Flanery, Boondock Saints, Powder) and Mila Driver (Kristanna Loken, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, BloodRayne), must work together to investigate the murder, and discover that City Hall holds more secrets than the identity of the killer.
